C3– Content.  Community.  Conversations. –is our process to redesign, redefine and upgrade our services in light of emerging Web 2.0 best practices.  And we have some awesome tools to work with on the Drupal platform, just like many of you in the Idaho library community. 

Maybe you’ve noticed that our past “upgrades” have been to transition our previous site’s content into new management systems.  Because we migrated content to different web site structures, the result has been an admittedly clunky web presence.

That’s changing! We’ll keep you up to date as we transform our website into a sleek, user-friendly, interactive and relevant destination for you.   We’ll also be asking you for your help along the way.
